Each search enters you to win $1,000!
How it works
When logged in, search on Scour like you normally do. In addition to your regular Scour points, you are awarded 1 "Scour Giveaway" entry point with every search that you make. Each point enters you into our $1,000 giveaway drawing at the end of each month.
This means that if you have a total of 10 searches, Scour will award you with 10 entries to win $1,000 for that month. The more that you search on Scour, the more entries you will receive with a daily max of 50 entries per day.
Only Scour searches will count toward the Scour Giveaway. Voting and commenting does not gain you additional entries.

- Can Everyone Participate?
- Yes! The Scour Giveaway is open to ALL Scour members. This means that 1 member from any country is able to win the $1,000 Scour Giveaway each month.
- What about My Friends?
- As a bonus, you will receive 1 entry per 4 searches conducted by your Scour Friends who join through the referral sign up process.
- What happens after the month?
- Entries reset at the end of each month. This means that if you don't win, you get another chance to accumulate Scour entries for the next month's Scour Giveaway.
- When does this begin?
- The giveaway starts on May 1, 2009, and is planned to go on for the next 3 months. This means that there will be 3 chances to win. The winner will be announced the first week of the following month.
- How is Payment Sent?
- At the end of the month, after the winner is contacted and all information is verified, we will send payment through PayPal.
